The period for return – 45 days
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you bought in Shein, you have 45 days to submit a return request. The product you wish to return must be unused, unwashed, or damaged with all original stickers attached.

How to Return

To return your item, it must be sent to Shein Return ( What Is New Shein Return Policy ) Center. You can follow a simple step-by-step guide below:
  • Step 1: Log in to your SHEIN account and click "My Orders" to select the order you wish to return.
  • Step 2: Click “Return Item” to select the items you wish to return.
  • Step 3: After entering the return reason, click "Send" and print "Shein Return Label".
  • Step 4: Package your product and paste the return label onto the package.
  • Step 5: Take the shipment to the nearest post office, or drop it off to your postal company.

Note: You only receive the first free return, and any additional return for the same order will generate a fee of $ 7.99 (will be deducted from the refund amount).
Refunds:

On average, Shein takes 7 days to process your return and issue refunds upon receipt of your package. The refund amount will be added to the original payment source or to your Shein wallet.

Note: If you are buying Black Friday, you will have to wait a week to request a refund.
