  7. Furthermore, customers cannot return cosmetics products if the hygiene seal is broken.
  8. Items with non-refundable marks, flash sales marks, and gifts may not be returned or changed by customers.
After the return of a product to Shein, customers should note the following points about their refund amount:
  1. Refunds are due to be processed within 7 days after the customer receives your package. Refunds will be issued to Shein Wallet or your initial payment account, depending on your request.
